After School Small Group Training
Our After School Small Group Training WITH CAL is designed for athletes who want the benefits of private coaching, while still training in a competitive, motivating environment.
Each session is capped at just 4 athletes per group, allowing us to maximise individual reps, focus, and coach feedback — something that simply isn’t possible in larger group sessions.
All attendees also get access to our shooting bays with Dr Dish Machines 1 time per week for 30 minutes
What to Expect
Athletes will work through structured skill development sessions that focus on:
- Ball handling and footwork
- Shooting technique and shot creation
- Finishing and scoring under pressure
- Decision-making and game application
- Confidence, consistency, and basketball IQ
Training is high-rep, high-feedback, with coaches actively correcting, teaching, and challenging athletes throughout the session.
