How the program works

Across 4 weeks, athletes follow a simple system:

1. Learn (with coaching)

  • 15-minute small-group session with Cal each week
  • Direct feedback on technique, shot selection, and habits

2. Apply (immediately)

  • 30-minute shooting session straight after on our Dr Dish Machines 
  • Lock in adjustments while they’re fresh (shoot up to 350 shots in 30 minutes)

3. Reinforce (through the week)

  • 2 additional 30-minute shooting sessions weekly in your own time on a shooting machine
  • Build repetition, confidence, and consistency

4. Access to a system to track your shooting progress

  • At the end of each session take a photo of your shooting machine results and the system will deliver statistics to track your development!
